Lync Server is not supported - instead we recommend customers continue to use the Lync for Mac client. Open the meeting appointment in your calendar. On the Contacts tab, in the Find a contact or dial a number search box, type the e-mail address of the person who you want to add. Mac Skype for Business Unfortunately you can't use Skype for Business on Mac to communicate with people who are using the free Skype app. The non-OU contact should now be listed in your desired Contact group. Select which Contact group you wish to add them to, as well as the privacy relationship. Enter the user's Skype IM e-mail address.
Select Add a contact Not in My Organization.
